The Nuke Code

Article I — The Right to Claim

Any Contributor may launch a Claim against any incumbent, provided the claim is supported by evidence, structured in the Submit a Claim, and enriched to at least Starter Claim grade.

Article II — Enrichment Protocols

Claims must be enriched (paid) to enter the Feed. Civilians observe, Voters measure, Contributors strike.

Article III — Mutual Assured Destruction

Every Claim may be countered. The Response tier exists so incumbents may defend themselves. Silence is not defense.

Article IV — Non-Proliferation

Personal attacks, fabricated evidence, and doxxing are prohibited. The Inspectorate enforces. Violators face Sanctions.

Article V — Switcher Protection

Switchers have their migrations counted but never their identities revealed.

Article VI — Sovereignty of the Category

Categories are the judgment grounds. The Nuke Score decides the Leader, not the editors.
